Pulse oximeter not working, along with screen not displaying anything

So, I've had my Charge 3 for about a year and a half, along with the premium membership. A few times in the past I've noticed that the pulse ox didn't register while I slept, but given that the rest of the features were dilly functional I could overlook it.

Now, the screen has gradually dimmed over the past few weeks until it is too dark to see even in a dark room. I can read starts on my phone app, but I could do that with just Google Fit.  I've gone through the menu and adjusted the brightness, supposedly, to no avail. I also did the restart, with no results. Then today I noticed that the pulse ox isn't registering again.

I'm not exactly sure why, but this is pushing me over the edge. Is there something else I haven't tried? Is a new update coming to fix all these issues?

Make sure you are not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
