I would like to buy a new genuine Fitbit charge 2 strap that has broke, where in the uk can you get them? Can't find anything on Fitbits store

Let me help you with purchasing an official Charge 2 band. You can check a list of official retailers to see if they have some in stock. You can also check amazon.co.uk if you wish. Finally I created a ticket so our Support team can see if they have in stock to help you out. They will reach you out via email.
