Quality of a charge 2 I am really disappointed that I have had so much trouble with my charge 2.

I had a charge 2 replaced a couple of times. I purchased my Charge 2 directly through fitbit. The face had a flaw and then my new fitbit 2 wouldn't work and wouldn't charge. The strap kept falling off and I finally had to glue it on but then the warranty was no good. (I was away in another country when this happened. I was told I should have phoned fitbit from England and not use glue)

I tried to pay the difference for a charge 3 as my fitbit is not a year old. The charge 3 is suppose to be a better quality than the charge 2.

I went to a store for help and was told that the charge 2 had been giving customers a challenge.

I love wearing a fitbit when it works. I go to the gym on a regular basis and keep track of my activities.

I also play tennis and golf. I am just disappointed with the dismal experience I have had with the product.

Glue does void the warranty. Sorry
