Quick to charge but battery drains rapidly

In the last few days my Charge 2 has been saying it is fully charged within 15-20 minutes plugged into the USB charger (which is unusually quick) but then I've been getting a low battery alert within 24 hours. This means I'm having to charge it up at least daily and sometimes twice a day. The battery used to last about 3-4 days up until last week so I'd be very grateful for any suggestions on resolving this problem!! (I have tried a reset however that does not seem to have fixed the problem.)

I'll follow your question. Same issue for me.

After 2 year, the battery life is less than one day.
