My charge 3 has just starting losing battery very quickly and is not taking my heart rate (no green light). There are also horizontal lines on the screen. I did a firmware update about a week ago so I'm not sure if it is related to that. My fitbit is about 9 months old and was a warranty replacement for my last fitbit, which also died after 9 months.

I've noticed the rapid battery drain too. Doesn't last the week now whereas it used to, no problems

Mine won't even make it through the day at this rate. It was fully charged at 10am and it's down to 60% already! It seems that 9 months is the lifespan for these things. I certainly won't be buying another one. Too much trouble.

Me 2...rapid depletion of battery, and no hear-rate readings.
