I had the same issue with my fitbit charge hr. After I upgraded my OS to High Sierra in my macbook, i cannot sync my charge hr at all! Looks like bluetooth is working well and good, but fitbit denies to sync!

In order to get you back on track as soon as possible we need to exhaust all the possible troubleshoots, take a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article there you'll find the troubleshoots for Mac and Windows computers.
