I hope you can help. Love my fitbit. However, the app has stopped syncing with the most recent update. I have tried everything. I also find your responses thanking everybody and giving advice that's not working really frustrating. It almost appears that Fitbit just doesn't realize how big of a problem they have. My company runs Fitbit challenges and many of us failed out of the last challenge. This was due to the fail of the update. You seem to have a lot of damage control and do not seem to care. I love Fitbit or did and hope you can fix this very soon.

Sorry @SeamusBoston but your asking the community of Fitbit users to help you. You seem to be addressing someone but have not tagged them.
If you would like help, please include the phone model that is giving you issues. As your fellow Fitbit users we will be happy to help where we can.
Is this a phone or Fitbit app update.. Have you removed the app and installed a fresh copy?
As for tried everything this tells us nothing about what was tired.

Hi. I also have the no longer working problem. I replaced my mobile Samsung with a Samsung A70 it works as far as the basic functions but no longer will give me text or call alerts . Add in will not update.
