Hello @CarlosMo, my phone icon is not displaying at all on my tracker. Bluetooth and location settings are enabled, and everything is sync'ing to my phone. I am just missing the phone icon on my tracker! Please help! I want to be able to map my route during my runs and walks, but it doesn't appear to sync that unless I manually enable it on the Fitbit App

Hello @OCRNov18 it doesn't sound like your Charge 2 has a phone icon with a line through it, but that the is no phone icons, therefore I have moved your post into its own thread. Greek few to edit the title of you want the title to reflect your question.
The phone icon will only appear during an exercise that can be tracked with GPS and then only if the GPS is enabled.
Let's open your fitbit app, tap on the picture of the Charge 2, then exercise shortcuts. To the right of the exercise in question lets two the gear and make sure that GPS is enabled. Now we need to force a sync.
