I'm not sure what mine is doing butit will not sync. all of a sudden since 1300 today. when I try it says there is no device. I tried to reboot my phone to no avail and I tried to find out information on the dash board to no avail. The watch is working fine but it just won't sync. Any help would be great.

@sar1ff are you getting a message of " No internet"
May I ask what model phone or computer you sync through?

Mine has done exactly the same today - device not found and refused to connect to the phone via Bluetooth. I tried all the usual steps (switch off, then back on BT, force close fitbit app, restart phone, restart fitbit etc, without success. Eventually tried removing the link to the Charge 2 from the phone altogether, at which stage it found the Fitbit again immediately and connected with no further problems.
