Hi, I also upgraded to a charge 2 and have experienced the same thing for the last week. I have reinstalled the app, logged out and in of the app, restarted the Fitbit as a new Fitbit, I am still encountering the same problem. Please help.

@Smooth_Jazz_ may I ask what your issue is?

Has your Charge 2 ever been set up to your account?

Do you have a sync problem? 

Or had the Charge 2 been removed from your Fitbit account and will not setup, because the sync problem has not been fixed?

Not knowing what type of phone or computer is used to sync through, limits out ability to help?

It’s actually my charge 3, and yes it’s been connected

So if your Charge 3 is connected to your Fitbit account, what is the problem and do you sync through s phone or computer, and what type?
