Hi I have recently changed phones from LG to hueawie p smart it finds my app finds the watch but will not stay connected so get no notifications I have charge 2...abit frustrating as LG never lost connectivity can you help please

Hello @Babyblue07  have you checked the list of devices that have been tested by Fitbit. We have another list here Which seems to be updated more frequently.

Have you checked the troubleshooting tips or done a global search of the community with your phone model?
