I have unfortunately started experiencing this on the Charge 3 with latest firmware. Today it's just started happening frequently (often every few seconds) even after restart ☹️

Charge 3 is the worst Fitbit I’ve ever bought 

so disappointed that a bought 2 of them ! 
Wish I would of just bought a different product as it’s so frustrating ! 

I will never buy a Fitbit again 

really ruined my fitness routine as I spend more time resetting our watches and having problems with syncing to our iphones

And to be frank Fitbit do not care at all
