I tried what Rich said and it still does not read my new IPhone 11. I turned off Bluetooth on my old phone and deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my new phone. It continues to say "No device found". Now what do I do?

@J_ann07 your saying the old phone is able to sync the tracker?
As for iOS I would not know how to turn the phone on.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
The Charge HR does not have a pairing mode.

You should be able to load the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit account, and the tracker should sync.
