Ok plugged my Fitbit into the charger and to the wall plug, it registers as charging, and I hold the button for four seconds and all it does is turn my notifications on or off. It doesn’t vibrate and no logo comes off, and eventually the screen just does the usual darkening due to no activity or not pushing the button again.

Hi @Nickdxx it sounds like you may have a Chaege 2. It notifications are tuning off then the tracker isnt charging while holding in the button.
