My screen went black on my Charge 2 and my phone app can’t seem to find it to sync. this post said to hold down 2 buttons but I only see one button. Please explain what you did.
On my ionic I have 2 buttons on the right and 1 button on the left side. I held down the top right and the left buttons for about 10-15 seconds ans it turned back on. i don't know about your charge 2. Sorry
