We've had Fitbit products since the first pedometer came out. Though limited in functions, they were great. We then switched to Charge 3's and they, frankly, are terrible products and prone to all sorts of problems as witnessed in this forum. I've had to purchase 2 of them due to outright failure and my wife is on her second one as well.
Now mine won't hold a charge for more than 2 days. Yes I've done the troubleshooting to no resolve. The unit is useless and I am considering the purchase of an Apple watch or other product. I can't keep buying fitbit products every few years.

I just placed my order for my third free replacement unit. The three units I have had so far can't track heart rate accurately, which is why I bought it, and the battery can't hold a charge.
