What is going on? Why isn’t this issue fixed? None of the go to settings, reset phone and update app hasn’t worked.

Mine hasn't been working either. I've done all the suggestions. Update everything, re-set everything, unsync everything. This is ridiculous.

It’s a shame! They need to fix it or send new devices out. Seems like others are having the same if not more issues.

I am having the same issues here. It's frustrating that it has not be fixed yet. I have also gone through every suggestion I have read about in the help forums, but nothing helps get the text messages being sent to my fitbit charge hr 2. I have an iPhone Xr and was having no issues until the latest iPhone update.
Tried to do live chat and it keeps telling the link isn't working. Would like it fixed so I know when someone texts me.

New devices are not going to help when the issue is between the iOS device and the Fitbit App
