Receive unexpected notifications/reminders-Charge 4

November 22nd 2021 upgraded from Charge 2 to Charge 4 SE.

November 30th 2021 upgraded from Apple iPhone 5s to SE (2020).

This week I've three appointment reminders set up on the Apple calendar, they are:

Wednesday 5th January 7pm with a 1 day and 1 hour alert reminder.

Thursday 6th January 7pm with a 1 day and 1 hour alert reminder.

Saturday 8th January 5.30pm with a 1 day and 2 hour alert reminder.

For some unexplained reason, the Fitbit Charge 4 SE has decided to send me a message notification with vibration approximately between 12.15 - 12.45am (that keeps repeating the vibration every few minutes until you clear the message), these appointments are due in 17 - 19 hours time.

I must add that my wife's Charge 2 started doing this when she upgraded from a Apple iPhone 5s to iPhone 8 plus 4th December 2019.  She no longer uses the calendar function on her 'phone.

I have eight screenshots of my settings to add to this post, but I can not see the way to add them, I can see the camera Insert / Edit Image above, but when clicked in, does not give you the browse, add, upload options.

Like other comments, I am unable to add eight photographs to this post, I have tried to add a photo, but I don't see any of these options, I see a field called 'source' and 'image description' and 'dimensions' Thinking that it was a Windows 10 problem, I copied and pasted this write up and tried on my Apple iPhone SE, that had limited amount of icons to choose from and the camera icon was not visible.
