Received discount,after my tracker is out of warranty. - Charge 3

I'm very disappointed with this company. My fitbit is not under warranty anymore but the same issue that I've seen all over these forums has happened to me- the screen is so dark I can't see anything on it anymore and the reset steps don't help. I was offered 35% off of "select" products, which cannot be combined with current sales. Current sales are 30% off. Customer support blew me off with constant "that's the best we can do" replies. This company doesn't care about retaining current customers. I'm not buying a new device every 18 months because of faulty manufacturing. I'm very disappointed with this entire experience.

Regarding the warranty, as you might know the warranty for Fitbit devices is 1 year depending on the location. 

We also recommend and offer a protection plan that will cover the device for 1 extra year 

The options presented by our team member depend on your warranty status.

I had the same ending to my chat online for my charge 3 and the error 001 code. I was waiting on a factory reset that the representative suggested, and then they ditched me online and sent an email saying it’s out of warranty and they can’t help…how can they not help with a reset, that they suggested?? Yeah and they want me to go ahead and use the discount code for more poor customer service? No Thanks.

I am having the same thing but my fitbit will not hold charge .it was replaced in January  for this reason and now saying its not in warranty and sent me a 35% off like you .I'm not happy at all as this is not cheap
