I have had my Fitbit Charge 2 for over a year and have never had a problem with it. I just updated my iPhone XR to the newest IOS update, and after that update, I was unable to receive any text or call notifications on my Fitbit. I have tried troubleshooting myself by disconnecting my Fitbit to my Bluetooth, re-syncing my Fitbit, and turning my notifications off and on my Fitbit. Nothing worked. A few weeks after I tried troubleshooting, I started to randomly get call notifications, but I am still not able to receive text notifications. I have tried every type of troubleshooting I can think of through the app, my Fitbit and my phone, and I don't know how else to connect my texts to my Fitbit.

I am having the same problem and an quite frustrated with it. I am hoping Fitbit resolves this quickly or it may be time to change brands...........

I am in the same boat. I contacted Fitbit about a week ago & got nowhere. Sounds like they are working on an update, but I have no idea when that might happen. Very frustrating!
