Receiving whatsapp calls but no messages on fitbit?

I got my charge 4 setting so that I won’t receive any notification for text messages on my fitbit, but I do receive a notification for calls.

I’m curious if it’s possible to have my whatsapp notifications off for messages(which I have now), but enabled for whatsapp calls. How do I do this?

I came here to request the exact same features. I get hundreds of non-urgent WhatsApp text notifications so it’s totally impractical for me to have my wrist buzzing away every 2 seconds: I’d never focus on anything ever again. I rarely get phonecalls via WhatsApp though and they tend to be high prio. I’d really like to get those as a notification to my Fitbit
