Registering too many floors

Since getting up my Fitbit said I have done 12 floors which is impossible as iv walked down them once

Same issue for about a week now. Currently showing 19 floors and I’ve climbed 3 today. What’s up?

I have the opposite problem. Mine does not always record all the floors I do. For example, so far today I have been down to my basement and back 3 times, but only 2 have registered.

I have the same problem since thursday. Too many floors. I reset him yesterday. Ik hope it is nou alright.
