Relax app on my Charge 4 isn't working

I just bought my charge 4 in February 2021 and noticed the relax app on the Fitbit is not tracking my mindfulness at all although everything else seems to work fine.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the relax app and this did not solve the problem.  Please advise on what the issue is and whether I need to return my Fitbit.

Hi there @JSMINSJ2021, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out.

Please make sure you're properly starting a guided breathing session by following the below steps:

  1. On your device, tap the Relax app.
  2. The 2-minute session is the first option. To choose the 5-minute session by swiping left and then pressing the back button to return to the Relax screen.
  3. Tap the play icon to start the session.
  4. Remain still and breathe deeply during the calibration period, which lasts 30-40 seconds. The phrase “sensing your breathing” appears on your screen.
  5. When prompted, follow the on-screen guide (the circle on your screen) and breathe deeply. You can close your eyes because your device vibrates when it's time to inhale and exhale.
  6. After the session, you see a summary that shows your alignment (how closely you followed the breathing prompt), your heart rate at the start and end of the session, and how many days you completed a guided breathing session this week.

Note: You can’t pause the session, but you can quit at any time by pressing the back button.

In the Fitbit app, tap the Mindfulness tile to see a history of your guided breathing sessions and other mindfulness-related activities you complete.

For more information, see How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to Charge 4 board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps!

This is just a 'how it works' and not a solution to the problem?

The problem is; it is not logging anything on the app. I've done the breathing exercises multiple times but I can't find them back anywhere.

Also, if I do a mindfulness exercise directly on the app it can't show me heartrate changes or anything

Is the relax/mindfulness part of the FB for other devices or something? (I have a FB charge 4). I can't get it to work. Also contacted customer support but they didn't really help out.

The relax app is working fine, but I can’t see the history on mindfulness tile of the fitbit app.

I have the same problem.  The relax app is NOT transferring data to the mindfulness tile. How do you fix this?
