Hello :), I started using the relax app on my band but I cant see the breathing history on the mindfulness tab on the Fitbit app. Please if someone has a suggestion?

While it's odd that the Mindfulness tile isn't showing your guided breathing sessions, may I know if your Charge 4 is tracking correctly? Is the Fitbit app updated?
In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

Hi Lizzy, thank you for your answer, i tried updating the app and rebooting the band but still I can't see the guided breathing history.
I think is the only thing is not tracking because I get the stats for the other things like steps, heart rate, sleep...

None of my guided breathing sessions ever showed up in the Mindfulness tab. My charge 4 is new for me, and at first I figured they were just two different things... but they should show up then?
According to google play there are no updates for my app.
I followed the steps above here, and did another guided breathing session on the wristband. Still nothing in the mindfulness tab.

I came to support for a different topic and saw this issue. I bought my fitbit in October and the mindfulness never showed on the app. I thought it wasn't supposed to I hope it is and gets resolved.

Thanks for your continued reports and for trying the steps suggested in my post. Because you continue having this issues, I've forwarded your posts to our team so they can investigate what may occurring with the Mindfulness tile. While they work on this, please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated so the rest of your data can sync correctly.

Thanks for your continued reports. Our team has been informed of this situation and they're working hard to bring a solution to all our affected members. While there isn't a time frame, I'd recommend to keep the Fitbit app updated as you've been doing so. Once I have more details, I'll update this thread.

Exactly the same situation but my device was a brand new Inspire2.
Device: FItbit Inspire2
Mobile: Blackberry Keyone2 (Model code as: BBF100-4)
Android version: 8.1.0 (I checked for update and it seems the most update one for my phone)
Fitbit app version: 3.36.1(20243546)
Could all the FItbit staffs please stop to suggesting people to log out, close app, reboot mobile, log in and try again?
It's not a solution! To be fair, that's a shame if the problem can be fixed by these actions!
And please help to report and deal with this issue as it's been such a while after users brought it out.
I hate to be mean but it's my true feeling after I upgraded to a Inspire 2 and found so much bugs also very disappointed while I saw staffs answer question with copy and paste like robots!

I totally agree! Same issue for me and I just got my Charge 4 last month. It isn't right to pay for a device and you don't even get the full functionality. And to see that it's a common issue but no fix, it is disappointing. I hope they fix it soon.

Same with me. Brand new Fitbit Inspire 2. I've used the relax app every day this week and no data on my app. No other issues that I know of. Also, as I have no interest in the guided meditation videos and would like to log my own mindfulness/meditation which so far is not an option (I've read other forums about this issue). I apparently have no use for the Mindfulness app at all if changes are not made.

Same issue going on with Ionic. I was sure the there was a tab that used of show the relax info and now it's gone so I can't check on how I'm doing. Logging out and rebooting doesn't help. It's simply not in the app.i hope Fitbit fixes this.

Sadly I also have this issue on my brand new Charge 4. Tried all tips but wont log the Relax breathing exercises.
Also:
Would also be interested in logging my own exercises and getting notifications for i.e. drinking water regularly.
