Reminders to move not working on Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had the Fitbit Charge 2 as a Xmas gift. Been working fine until last night when I noticed the Reminder to Move  vibration alarm wasn't working. I deliberately didn't complete 250 steps in an hour and I wasn't alerted to this .I have checked the settings on the Dashboard and it says the setting is on from 9-6 as set by me. Any ideas why this has suddenly stopped please .

Welcome to the Forums @FitGrandma4.

Congratulations on your new Charge 2. Thanks for letting us know what is going on and that you have tried checking the settings.

I'll be moving this thread to the Charge 2 board as I think it is better suited for it.

The first time I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Turn the notifications off and then restart your Fitbit. That should help in getting everything to work.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for contacting me. The issue has been resolved. Following your instructions I looked at Notifications on my tracker. I realised that  inadvertently I had turned off Notifications on my tracker. I have switched it back on again and everything seems to be ok.  Thanks .
