Reminders to move stopped working on my Charge 3

I’ve had the charge three for over a year. It used to always warm me 10 minutes before my 250 step limit was getting close. Now it stops warning me and I go over the 250 steps per hour setting. I tried a reset and it doesn’t work. I still get the 10,000 step vibration.

Hi there, @n7734r. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out.

By any chance, have you checked if Reminders to Move feature hasn't been accidentally turned off? In order to do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. On the Today tab > tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon > turn Reminders to Move on or off.
