I cannot remove the film screen protector from my Charge 2! Have tried peeling a corner with credit card, using warm air from blow dryer, even swabbing with Goo Gone! It will not come off and manufacturer is not responding to my emails!

Thanks for the response. There’s no brand name; I bought a 5 pack on Amazon from seller WTbone, who has ignored 3 emails. I’ve talked to Amazon, Fitbit, and tried everything I could find online but it will not come off.

to remove the protective glass on my Fitbit versa lite, I took a sharp knife to lift the edge of the glass. It came right off(whole not in pieces).

I tried that and it just will not come off. Some suggested a few drops of rubbing alcohol to soften the plastic. I haven’t tried that yet.
