I've not heard of repairs being available in any part of the world. Fitbits don't tend to be repairable and need to be replaced when broken.

@Shawn4 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! As @SteveH said it is difficult to repair the Charge 2 screen and there aren't repair centers to take it. Try letting our Support team know about this issue for guidance and assistance. They will review the issue and provide options but take into consideration that damage caused by external factors aren't covered by Fitbit's warranty. You will get an email from Support about this.
Let me know how it goes!

Dear Fitbit
It is not about a warranty issue, but on various devices, sometimes something needs to be fixed.
I have a Fitbit HR that needs a new button, and my Fitbit Charge 2 has a cracked screen.
We are looking for places to have these fixed.
Thanks

I unfortunately didn’t come back and let the community know but Fitbit did send me another unit so my issue was resolved.
i do agree though that Fitbit should have “repair shops” available for the customers as these units are not always cheap.

@Seven909 as mentioned earlier in this thread, fitbit screens are not repairable. If you want you can contact fitbit's customer support via the following link to see if they can help in any way: contact.fitbit.com

Hi my Fitbit Versa’s screen got cracked and they told me they cannot replace it and that I can only replace it but buying a new devise. How’s it that one persons device can get replaced but the next can’t? How is that I got told totally different?

Hi
I my fitbit versa screen is black.. I can feel it is vibrating and working but can't see anything on it. Did not fall or bump it, went to sleep and the next morning my versa screen was off and black. Can I please get some assistance on where to take or send it? Not even 2 years old. I have read some bad reviews on a lot of people complaining about this and that there is no repairs in SA?

Hi, mine was damaged within the warranty period, perhaps that is what they use to determine replacement validity.
Also this post is over 2years old so they might have updated the replacement policies.

Mine died and then just didn't turn on after a charge. The screen does this weird thing where it goes white with faded black edges. I contacted the Fitbit chat help thing and they said they would replace it after asking me my details. I get the follow up email right after to say that they now won't replace it as it is out of warrantee. Irritates me so much that I was told one thing and then another by the same company.
I YouTube'd the problem and it seems the Versa does that after exactly 15 months. If this is such a constant issue, I think this product needs to be pulled from the market. I refuse to buy another one and have this same issue again.
revolting service from this company.

My Versa is just out of warranty and today the screen just came off. I defiantly can’t afford to but a new watch every year.

Hi Chantel,
Did you manage to come right? My versa has just done the exact same thing to me.
I had a laptop once whose back light has failed and this looks like the same kind of problem.

fitbit are not worried about environmental issues - their philosophy is that when something happens to a fitbit, you toss it an buy another.
From youtube videos, changing the screen on a charge 3 is relatively straight forward (especially if it were done by a trained tech). But now to do it yourself, you have to risk buying the screen off aliexpress, you need the correct little tools and you need to find a suitable glue to glue it back together and keep it waterproof.

Ya... My cousins Fitbit screen also just died like mine did and just after warranty.
For that price don’t risk getting a Fitbit.
Garmin apparently much better quality.
