Repair to band

Hi, I am based in Singapore. Does anyone know how do I get my charge 4 watch band replaced and repaired? As Fitbit does not seem to sell the parts but the entire charge 4

Hi @Mameeedough  there is no repair service for these devices. You might find a third party somewhere who does it, but the costs may exceed the price of a new device.

How did he fix yours. Mine fell off so lost the piece that went into the band so I have a useless watch. I think it was made badly to broke so easily.

I’ve no idea where you live, but Amazon has replacement straps for sale - may not be original.

hope you didn’t bin the watch face as the OEM straps which fit into charge 4 perfectly can be bought on Amazon!! That’s how my husband got it for me. My watch is as good as new now! Give it a go.

yes we got the replacement oem straps on Amazon too! All good now. Watch looks as good as new! Thanks so much for replying!
