Hi

 

I had a minor accident and my Fitbit is damaged and not working properly. I live in Amsterdam and was wondering if there are repair/service centres which could have a look at it

Unfortunately, fitbit do not have repair centres. 

 

Even though accidental damage is excluded from the warranty, you might want to contact customer support to see if there's anything they can do to help: contact.fitbit.com

Fitbit only replace within warrenty period . They dont have any repair center . They expect you to buy a new one after 1 year

NB the warranty is 2 years in Europe
