I have the Charge 2 paired with the fit it app on android. Since November, I have had 4 or 5 times an email advisory that my account has received access from an unusual place and hence, my account has been locked, needing to change my password. Last time, this occured about 1 week after I had reset it! Is this a known occurence with the app or do I have a particular enticing account to hack? Would I need to close the account and start over? Thanks

Hi @Corona_gorda

Here is an article to read about this situation - click to go there

You might want to change email addresses and most certainly any passwords you've been using.

You could start over with a new account, but you'd lose your history of activity.

I read last week that there had been a massive email and password hacking. Could be that is how someone got your information to get into your account.
