Replacement Charge 3 has lines and dead pixels on screen

Hi I had an issue with my charge 3 not long ago with lines, dead pixels. Fitbit sent me a replacement I have had this around 3 wk and this has gone exactly the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have restarted etc and still the same.
