Replacement Charge 3 not measuring heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After the top half of the screen failed on my less than a year old charge three, my replacement charge 3 stops measuring my heart rate, sometimes up to 12 hours at a time, and will not come back on. I have tp wear it so tight to keep it measuring, that it is causing my skin physical damage on the back of my wrist. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of this unit, and cannot in good conscience recommend any Fitbit product to anyone I know. I am discouraged, angry, disappointed in the lack of quality, not surprised by how difficult it is to get support.  I doubt that this will get anyone from google/fitbit to even contact me to deal with the situation. This replacement unit barely ran for two weeks before starting to have issues. A cardio tracker that can't  track cardio consistently is useless. I missed sleep tracking entirely last night because the monitor shut down AGAIN. This is not acceptable quality for a product that is this costly. It is incapable of performing it's most basic stated function. It's not good.

Hello @MarkMyers958 It's great to see you around.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback and I'm very sorry for the experience. Please note that our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process. Definitely it helps a lot.

On a side note, I'd like to mention that if you have considered this information and also you've performed a restart and adjust the Heart Rate settings on your Charge 3, my best recommendation is that you please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance and please explain the situation. I also recommend following our wear and care tips to prevent any discomfort.

See you around.
