Hi,I have just discovered a crack in my screen. I have no idea how it happened, it hasn’t been dropped or banged about. Could the heat at the moment have anything to do with it cracking. Very very puzzled by this. How can I go about replacing screen. Everything still works as normal it is just a bit annoying and unsightly. Can you tell me if it can be repaired?

They can see when you connected your Fitbit to your account, so I think they will.

They won't admit to defect, only offer discount on new product, when pressed for accountability, was disconnected from chat!

I have experienced this issue on my Charge 2 twice now. No other issues other than the lens manufacturing process must be faulty as fractures appear with normal use.
I'm out of warranty the second time around so I requested to be able purchase from Fitbit a replacement for the lens (screen) so I can replace it myself. They say they do not offer it - instead they offering a 25% discount !? Why would I (anyone) want to spend upwards of $100.00-$150.00 for a replacement Charge 2 when the one I have works perfectly ? Why try to extort $100-$150 from a customers. Suggesting a toothpaste fix is an abysmal offer fix. Why won't Fitbit take responsibility for making the replacement screens available when they know full well that clearly - they have an issue ?
If anyone cares to weigh in, please feel free to comment here &/or 'Like' my Facebook page Fitbitcustomer
Thank you,

Any progress on replacement options for the HR2 screen? The original crack happened of course just after the warranty expired, since the screen has cracked in a few more places. Seems like this is a known issue with little resolution from Fitbit, other than buy a new watch. My daily activities would never be considered aggressive, it seems this screen couldn't hold up to normal wear.
