Hi,

I unfortunately dropped my watch charge 3 a d the screen is totally broken. Even some piece of glass are off. First time ever... and i would like to know how and where can i repair it. Because seems the only option is to buy a new one according to the customer service....

I hope i can have an other answer... the watch is just over 1 year old.

Sorry to hear about this. The Charge 3 screen isn't replaceable so there isn't much we can suggest in here. Please reach out to Support to see if they have any options for you.
