Replacement screen for Charge 2

After almost 3 years of owning this thing, 2 of which it has been sitting in a drawer, I remembered something: I bought my Charge 2 at REI, and I never tried returning it there. So, I brought in printouts of this forum, of FitBit’s 25% off email to me, and other internet sources about the cracking phenomenon, and kindly explained the situation to them (including FitBit’s unwillingness to take responsibility here). They thought about it and gave me store credit.

I just noticed that I have a crack on the plastic face of my Fitbit.  I only use it for walking.  Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

You will find 25 other pages saying same as you. Unless you had it under 1 year you wont get any help. Its a design fault but fitbit arnt interested

I figured as much.  It was a year old in June.  Trust me, I am 72 so I am not doing anything stressful with the Fitbit.  Second thoughts on purchasing another one.

I bought the Amazfit Bip for $80 and really like it.  It has walking, running & biking as built in exercises.  It holds a charge for about 4 weeks.   I think they have the Lite version that is even cheaper.

You can forget it Fitbit is not interested the cracked screens that our watches all of a sudden get. I am changing over to Garmen.

No, and now that google purchased Fitbit we will see how they handle the
charger 2 defective product.

You will have no cooperation or support from Fitbit which is a large shame. And now they are sell in company to Google.

Obviously a design fault. Ali express is advertising screen covers not sure
if they would work. In the meantime I have ordered a screen protector.
