Hello, my Charge 3 (not the special edition with Fitbit Pay version) which I got in late 2018 or early 2019 is starting to act up. Even when the battery is at 100% the display which I've set to "Normal" for the brightness is acting like it's set to "Dim" and when "Dim" is selected, it's impossible to see! Also, the battery isn't holding the charge as long as it used to (rebooting doesn't help).
I'm not sure if I should get the Charge 5 or the Versa 3. What you you recommend?

Hi @robman501a there is a quiz designed to help us find the right device - click to take it

Thanks!
Well, since I go to the gym everyday and do lots of cardio and strength training, I do want to be notified when my heart rate gets too high. So according to the quiz I should get the Charge 5. I really don't need the voice features or music access and it almost seems it's suggesting the Sense over the Versa 3. I guess that makes sense (since the sense is newer) haha.

the new charges have extra stuff as well, instead of having Active Minutes you now have Active Zone Minutes.

I'm now seeing on my Charge 3 that the edges of the display is starting to fade and it's brighter in the center. I guess these are all signs of failure due to age?
