My C3 has black screen that I've not been able to fix. I want to trade it in and get a new device. How can I reset my device from the app only? If I could see the screen I know I could reset it on the device but that's not an option.

I've tried all of these, multiple times. I've given up and just want to clear the data so I can get rid of it. I need to to this on the app because the screen is black.

The instructions shared above have been useful for other Fitbit users experiencing a similar situation.
There is no option to reset your Fitbit Charge 3 from the app only. In this case, you can remove your Charge 3 from your account by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I remove a Fitbit device from my account?".
If you want to delete your Fitbit account, please follow these steps.

I tried all this but it dosen't work as I press the button but it continuously vibrates and the screen is black, when I take it off the charger even after charging for half an hour and see if there is a response, nothing happens.
Please help!
