Hello!
I have been trying to reset my password for awhile and everytime I select “forgot password” I never receive the email to reset it.(yes I have checked spam/junk mail) PLEASE HELP!! I can’t find a way to contact a real customer service agent either

The reason why you're not receiving the email could be that you have probably migrated to a Google account.
If this is the case you can try to reset your password this way:
