I am getting rid of charge 2 and want to reset to factory settings. I have followed all videos to no avail. Can anyone help please.

It should show all steps from the Charge 2 up to the last time it synced. Any unsynced data will have been lost when you removed it from the account.

There is no factory reset option for the Charge 2. However, any data left on (which will not be your personal data) will be removed should it ever be used by someone else. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216

Thank you I was beginning to wonder why I could not do it. I have removed charge 2 from my account and added charge 3 but it is showing the charge 2 steps from earlier today on the 3 is this normal
