I went to sleep last night and has about 33% battery on my Charge 3. Woke up this morning to a black screen and no sync. I charged it as it seemed to be dead back to full. Now it syncs with the phone but the screen on the Charge 3 doesn't work. I read the tips and i reset the charge by putting it on the chargers and holding the button down for 15 seconds then removing it and clipping it back into the charger but it's still not working.

Same here. Still active and tracking steps but no display. Have tried the restart and the change of clock face. No change.

Got ahold of Customer Service this afternoon, able to arrange for replacement within a few minutes! Hope the new one works
