As at 4/4/21 the sleeping heart rate grap has yet again disappeared! All of my previous sleeping heart rate graphs have also disappeared. This happened in August last year & it took over a month for Fitbit to fix it! It seems it was a Fitbit system test update error. Please Fitbit, don’t take a month to fix it this time. Kate

Hello Wilson,
we premium subscribers are extremely frustrated at the poor response re the sleeping heart rate graph not working. We note our complaint thread has been merged and is mis marked “solved”. It is not solved! It has been weeks & we received NO updates or communication from Fitbit re the fix. Thus happened in Aug 29 & now Fitbit programmers have made the same error again. Please advise when this will be fixed. Kate

I'd like to let you know that a new version for the Fitbit App should resolve this matter. But please note that we roll out the app updates in phases and you should see the option to update the app soon, if you still don't see it. You can confirm the steps to update the app this help article: How do I update the Fitbit app?
Note that some users here, confirmed that the new update resolved the inconvenience.
