Resting heart rate not recording in app

The charge2 tracker is showing my active heart rate and resting heart rate but the app is only recording my active heart rate and not my resting heart rate! 

What have I set up wrong for the app to do this?

@LDJ1983 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you can't see your resting heart rate. Could you please share a screenshot of this? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also you can read more about how resting heart rate here.
