Will not sync heart beat to phone , stays at resting

Hello @Freddy39 welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

 

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To see live heart rate data, please make sure of the following:

 

  1. Please check if your phone appears on our list of compatible devices.
  2. To see the live data of your heart rate, please visit Fitbit.com and log in with your password and email.
  3. At the top right you will find a gear icon (settings) > Click on it and select your Fitbit.
  4. Make sure the Live Data option is turned on.
  5. Then sync your tracker with your phone to save the changes.On the Fitbit app, go to Account > Fitbit device.
  6. Make sure the 24h Sync and Permanent Connect options are turned on.
  7. Synchronize again.
