I've been wearing a Fitbit Charge 2 for years and my Resting Heart Rate always fluctuates by a few BPM. Over the last week it has stayed totally consistent which has never happened before. My heart rate graphs *are* showing variance throughout the day when I exercise/sit still/etc, but the Resting Heart Rate has not changed at all. Is this a glitch? What can I do to restart the more accurate Heart Rate detection?
I know how to wear the device properly above my wrist, and I have already reset the device a few times and removed and reinstalled the app on my iPhone. Thanks for your help.

@TeaTime4Cats Welcome to the Community.
Let me help you with your resting heart rate not changing in the last few days. Have you changed your daily activities or your diet? If you haven't then there shouldn't be expected a changed in this measurement. Still thank you for troubleshooting this issue. One thing you could try is to clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol besides properly wearing your tracker and restart both of which you have already done. You can read more about resting heart rate here.
Let me know how it goes.
