Resting heart rate won't change on Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since 27th February 2019, my resting heart rate has not changed and remains at 56 BPM each day (see screen shot). Today is 6th March 2019 and the results seems odd given it should vary slightly each day. Please investigate and advise if there is a  issue. I wear the Fitbit Charge 3 every day and night,  only taking it off when showering or charging device. 20190306_140248.jpg

It's great to see you here @Donoban.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this heart rate graph issue by yourself and thanks for the attachment. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Log out and log back in to your Fitbit account
  3. Check if your Fitbit app is updated

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

They've advised me to try reinstalling the app. I've done so and will monitor over the next 3 days for changes in the resting heart rate. I will post outcome here also.

The resting heart rate is now varying and no longer stuck at 56 BPM. Unfortunately the time period that was affected in past seems to still say 56 BPM. I would think it would recalculate the last, given the data is all there. 20190313_094309.jpg

same here.  Also heart rate is all over the place and clock is broken. Second fitbit in a year and also will not sync to phone.

I’ve got exactly the same issue (stuck on 56) - when you deleted and reinstalled the  app, didn’t you lose all your data? Thanks
