On January 2, 2022 my Fitbit charge 3 began buzzing on my wrist, black screen, got so hot I couldn’t wear it and wouldn’t charge. I contacted customer support who had me try a few things then emailed me a shipping label to return my charge 3. I returned it via USPS on January 4th.
It has now possibly circled the moon and is still “in transit” via FedEx. This is now 2 MONTHS after I mailed it. I’ve contacted customer support twice and was told it was a shipping issue. I’ve contacted FedEx and was told it’s “in transit”. I’m totally frustrated. Tracking shows it going to Calexico, CA today. WTH! Any suggestions?

I am guessing your fitbit may be part of the recalled.

Thank you, but I do t see the charge 3 is part of the recall although my experience is very similar.

Thank you- I live chatted and then received the following in an email this afternoon
“we noticed that your package is still in transit to our Returns Center.
Please allow us 5 more business days after the date it was delivered for our warehouse team to confirm the package. Once our warehouse team confirms, we will proceed with the replacement process right away.”
So, basically no resolution after 2 months. I don’t see that it was “delivered” when I track the package. In fact it says “no delivery date available”. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Any other suggestions?

Here’s the latest from FedEx.,.. there’s no end in sight, it’s now over 2 months since I shipped my charge 3 with the mailing label supplied by Fitbit.
