Hello! I've already read the previous posts about restarting the device by clicking the button three times and trying this multiple times...my Fitbit Alta HR recently switched to backwards and upside down view. I've also attempted to change settings on the app but switching the wrist placement and the handedness. Any other suggestions? I've had this device for about 2 yrs and the screen has never really been bright enough either. A little disappointed with the product at this point.

Him @Jamers628 - you may want to try changing to a different watch face and see it that shows up correctly. If it does, then try going back to your original clock face. Hopefully it will view correctly.

Hello Carol,
I appreciate the recommendation. I tried to change to horizontal view as well as change the items displayed...still didn't work. It is responding to the changes and I even tried resetting 3 times after changing view, still nothing. 😕

I’m sorry to say, @Jamers628 but it may be time to upgrade to a new device. If you like the size of the Alta HR, you may want to check out the Inspire HR. It offers many more features than the Alta. Or, you may want to look at my favorite, the Versa 2. It’s a smart watch ... good looking ... very user friendly. It’s a good time to check them out with the Father’s Day sales going on in the Fitbit Store and in many retail stores.
