Trying to revoke access via fitbit dashboard to an old myfitnesspal account in order to link a new myfitnesspal account - I have followed the steps given a number of times (revoke access, check app is not linked etc) but every time I go to check once I complete the steps, I get two errors:
1. Myfitnesspal (despite showing no apps linked) when I have revoked and then requested to connect again, it tells me that a fitbit account is still linked and therefore they can't link the new one
2. Fitbit allows me to revoke access but as soon as i log in again, the access has been renewed
I have no access to the old myfitnesspal account so can't do it that end. Is there any solution?

I expect you will need to speak with customer service for a resolution sadly.
