Rose gold replacement band for Charge 3 has major color discrepancy

I ordered a replacement rose gold band for my Fitbit charge three. I just went to put it on my Fitbit, and I cannot believe the difference in color!! 😡 See picture. This color is nothing like the original color. Is this the way it supposed to be?

The replacement I received from Fitbit is more of a deep purple, than the lavender on the Charge 3 when I bought it. And the clasp color has the same discrepancy. Definitely not worth the $20 SALE price Fitbit charges.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If it’s not what you like, @j9fit02 , and you ordered it directly from the Fitbit Store, then contact Support to return it. I do not see this item in the Fitbit Store so if you purchased it elsewhere, you will have to return it there. 

On a side note, it looks very pretty.

I did order it from the Fitbit website during a sale after Thanksgiving.
I’ll contact them. I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced the same
thing.
